Love my new M5 Max!

I just got my Luckeep M5 Max and I am absolutely loving it! The ride is so smooth, and it handles everything I throw at it. I've been looking for a good off-road ebike and this one totally exceeded my expectations. The battery lasts forever. I'm already planning my next adventure. Definitely shopping here again!

Consistent quality, second purchase

This was my second purchase from Luckeep Bike, after buying an X1 last year, I picked up the C23 this time for my partner. Both times the process was smooth. The bikes have always arrived well-packaged and the assembly instructions are clear. The quality of components seems consistent across models, which is why I came back. No surprises, which is a good thing when ordering online. They've been reliable for me.

Good value for a first ebike

I was looking for an ebike that wouldn't break the bank and the Luckeep X1 caught my eye. I got it during a holiday sale, which saved me a good chunk of money. The overall price felt very fair for what I received. I definitely feel like I got good value for my money. It was worth the purchase.

Decent ebike, minor issue

I bought the Luckeep C23. The delivery was pretty standard, took about a week and a half. The bike itself is generally good, the fat tires are great for varied terrain, and the motor has enough power for my needs. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking. My only small gripe was that one of the fenders had a slight bend in it upon arrival, nothing major, but it took a bit of fiddling to get it to sit right. It's a solid bike for the price point, but they could improve on packaging small accessories to prevent minor damage during transit.

Solid bike, helpful support

I ordered the Luckeep M5 Max a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in California, which was within their estimated window. Assembly was mostly easy, though I did have a small question about the hydraulic brakes. I contacted customer support through their chat function and got a quick, helpful response that walked me through it. The bike itself feels sturdy and well-built. I've been using it for my commute, and the pedal assist works great. It's a comfortable ride, and the battery life is as advertised. I also bought a rear rack with it, and that installed without any issues. Overall, a good experience and a quality product.

Are the batteries removable on these bikes? Thinking about the X1 or M5 Max and want to charge it inside.

M Megan 1 month ago
Yup, totally removable. Makes it super convenient to charge anywhere, or even swap out if you get a spare.

Yep, my M5 Max battery slides right out. Big plus for security and charging indoors.

Hey guys, thinking about grabbing an X1. How long does shipping usually take to say, California?

R Raj K. 4 weeks ago
Mine got to LA in about a week and a half, maybe 8 business days total. Pretty quick for a bike.

W Wendy E. 3 weeks ago
yeah it's usually around 5-10 business days for most of the US, they ship from within the states so no crazy waits.

Are Luckeep bikes street legal in most places? Thinking about the M5 Max, it looks pretty powerful.

N Noor C. 1 month ago
Most ebikes like the M5 Max are built to comply with class 2 or 3 ebike regulations. It depends on your specific state and local laws, but usually, as long as you're not exceeding 28mph on pedal assist or 20mph on throttle only, you're good.

It's generally street legal. Just make sure to know your local ebike rules, especially for things like speed limits on public roads. The M5 Max is a beast but usually designed with these rules in mind.

Thinking of getting a Luckeep instead of a Lectric. Anyone got experience with both or can compare them?

C Cody 3 weeks ago
I test rode a Lectric and then got an X2. Luckeep feels a bit more robust to me, especially the fat tires, and the range on the X2 is awesome for my commute. Lectric is good too, but I liked the Luckeep for off-road stuff.

Depends what you're after. Lectric is super popular for a reason, but Luckeep's fat tire options really stand out if you're hitting varied terrain. Hard to go wrong with either, honestly.

Do they ever have big sales, like for holidays? Waiting to pull the trigger.

P Phil 1 month ago
Oh yeah, absolutely. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are huge for them. Also saw some good deals around Father's Day and Christmas. Keep an eye out!

They definitely do holiday sales. Saw some decent discounts on specific models during their Spring Sale too.

Can you combine discount codes on their site? Got a pop-up one but also saw a referral code from a buddy.

R Ryan 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at checkout. Tried to stack a few during Black Friday and it didn't work.

M Megan 1 month ago
Most places like this only let you use one coupon. Afaik, Luckeep is the same, usually says it in the fine print somewhere.

Anyone know if Luckeep bikes are legit? Like, good quality or just some random brand?

C Colin Brooks 3 weeks ago
Totally legit. I've had my M5 Max for almost a year now and it's been rock solid. They focus on fat tire and folding bikes, pretty specialized.

C Carly Z. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they're a real ebike manufacturer. Not some drop-shipper or anything. You can check out their site for more info, seems pretty professional.

does the military discount apply to all bikes or just certain models?

N Neil L. 3 weeks ago
I think it usually applies to all bikes, but sometimes they have specific promotions too. Best to double-check their site or email them directly.

C Cody 3 weeks ago
Afaik, the military, healthcare, and teacher discounts are generally sitewide for bikes, but not usually stackable with other major sales.
